The villa features two bedrooms, both located downstairs with direct access to the pool. Each bedroom includes a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, a work desk, a ceiling fan, a closet, and a safety box.

The villa features two ensuite open-air bathrooms. Each bathroom includes a walk-in outdoor shower, toilet, sink, towels, mirror, and a hairdryer. Both bathrooms have all essential amenities, such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, a trash bin, a toothbrush, and cotton buds.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining and living areas. The kitchen includes a large sink, fridge, microwave, gas stove, blender, toaster, kettle, and a hot and cold-water dispenser. It comes with all essential items, including facial tissue, cooking knives, soap, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, and cutlery.

The living area is located next to the kitchen and dining area, it features a sunken couch, a flatscreen TV, two coffee tables, Air-Conditioning, a ceiling fan, and books to read.

The dining area is located between the living area and the kitchen. It features a dining table that seats four, a fruit bowl, a trash bin, and easy access to the pool.

The villa has its own private pool, measuring 4 meters in length, 2 meters in width, and 1.6 meters in depth. It features two sunbeds and a small gazebo and is designed in a Mediterranean style.
